This is definitely the high-light of my career so far. I got to transport a movie star from Indianapolis, IN to Elmhurst, IL. Bill bought one of three 1973 Porsche 911T that was used in the movie Commando and was looking for someone he could trust and had the references to calm his nerves.
This car was the car used in the movie where they come tearing around the bend then flip onto their side. He pushes the car back onto its wheels, gets in the car and drives off. The binder full of documentation that accompanied the car was absolutely amazing too! I won’t forget this one.
Thank goodness for small towns.
