We are open! Auto service is listed as an essential business under Governor Pritzker's COVID-19 / Coronavirus stay at home order.

For the safety of our customers and staff, and to help reduce the spread of the virus, there will be several changes in place during the upcoming weeks.

Business hours will remain the same (M-F 8:00am - 5:30pm), however our lobby doors will remain locked at all times, and customers will not be allowed to enter the building. For service appointments we ask that you drop your keys in the dropbox next to the front door. We are only taking drop-off appointments until further notice. Once your service work is completed, we will take your credit card number over the phone, and your car will be waiting out front for you to pick up. Unfortunately we are unable to take other forms of payment at this time. During your appointment, your vehicle will be handled with gloves and we will continue to disinfect all points of contact. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your patience and understanding during this uncertain time. We appreciate your business and your trust. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and post any updates.

So we are very sad to announce that our friend Charlie Morse is moving on to a new chapter in his life. He and his wife Mary are moving to Florida. Although we are sad to see them leave we are very happy for them as well. But it is not all sad news, we are very happy to welcome Scott Kaltenbach to the Paulli's Import's family.
