We are feeding 1,000 people a day. We are here to do the work and care for the most vulnerable in our community 24/7, but we need your help!

WE SPECIFICALLY NEED HELP WITH FOOD. We get tons of clothing...you all are so good to us in that respect, but we are struggling to keep up with the cost of feeding 1,000 people a day. If you want to help where it's needed most....that is food.

We are ONLY taking certain clothing items. We just don't have room for anything extra. You have my most sincere apologies, but the food to feed 1,000 people a day takes any extra room. We can only accept: sweats, hoodies, T-shirts, leggings (great for our trafficked women), coats, and winter gear.

I would like to add that we would love to see ZERO AMPUTATIONS THIS WINTER, SO PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING NEW SHOES AND BOOTS. I found boots at Walmart for $19.97 and the thrift stores often have good ones!

As always, cash is king. The money goes far around here! We work hard to feed as many people as possible with each dollar and we are able to secure bulk prices often. Also, we always need money to help get our trafficked women to safety and help get people on their feet after they get out of treatment. Here is the link.

This van is going to provide a new life for someone. Thanks to Pat Phelps of World Class Motors, Tyrone, the young man who we helped miraculously start a whole landscaping business, will soon be able to drive to all of the jobs he has booked!

Up until now, he’s been getting rides from all of you wonderful people, especially Sue Hougan and her husband Tom who are not only driving Tyrone to many jobs, but also helping Tyrone study for his first ever drivers test and even made home flash cards to help him study.

I gotta tell you that Pat is also doing a Pack the Bus Event for us (which I will share about soon) and has faithfully made miracles happen here through his generous contributions and hustling his friends and family do the same.

Pat has been here and seen the magic. He just gets it. It never ends. Everyday miracles. In fact, the man that photobombed in this pic I took, actually just got out of treatment that same day and was so gratified the help he cleaned up our whole neighborhood and scrubbed all of our bathrooms!

We are so excited and so proud of Tyrone. I hope you all are being patient with him, as he’s just learning how to run a business and doesn’t have a license yet. He’s really trying to keep up thiugh, even with all the responsibilities he still has at home and he still comes by and gets sack lunches to feed those who are less fortunate in his neighborhood ❤️
