The last year has been so busy for our family that finding the time to paint has been HARD but from now on I promised myself to make the time for me.
This is my “Go Ask Alice” set of antique nesting tables. I 🖤 the way they turned out.

Yes, I paint cabinets for other people too!

I am far from done but I’m in love with it so far. I’ve finished the countertops (yes, that’s countertop paint. I free handed the veins) and am working (slowly 😂) on the cabinets.

Sometimes a piece just needs a bit of Tung Oil
Love this Joerns Bros mid-century nightstand.

Yes, I painted them! Sometimes a salvaged piece needs a whole lot of work. Painted in bespoke Ocean Blue. Drawers work wonderfully. Available!

Late 1800s dresser with mirror painted in Black with original wood. The mirror has the perfect amount of age to it and the drawers work perfectly 🖤

This is the biggest piece I’ve painted in a long time. It would make a super cute bar/coffee bar.

Blended blues are always going to be a favorite for me.

How adorable is this? It’s off to San Francisco tomorrow ❤️

I’ve not posted in awhile. Super busy being Nana and doing some custom work. Here are a few pieces I have managed to finish.

So I decided to give these a face lift. I sanded the damaged areas smooth. I mixed several colors to get close to what I wanted (chalk paint). Sanded lightly between coats (I did 3) and finished with wax. They feel the same as they did before paint. Just like leather.

Black is always going to be a favorite but Pink makes it pop.

Who else keeps all the little bits of leftover paint for paint pours?

Just a simple vintage dresser. Painted in Nauti Sailor by

It is impossible to get the lighting right for this beauty. Vintage Bassett dresser painted in Fortune Sage, Darling Yellow, Free Spirit, a touch of Pucker Up Pink and Moonbeam by

I just love this beautiful wreath made by my Mom. All materials sourced from her yard ❤️❤️

Vintage Dresser painted in Tuxedo and blended Teal Magnolia.

😂

I found this canister set at the thrift store. I painted them in Free Spirt and used Ho Hum for the lettering. I was going to white wash them but then Moonbeam was staring me in the face. Then I started thinking about how Meadows, Mountains & Moonbeams was one of Ashley’s favorite books as a child. . . Well this is what I ended up with and they are adorable! I used k***s that I found at Homegoods some time ago.

I’m making time to paint so I started with this cutie. Painted in Fortune Sage by Eye Love Hue

I’ve been super busy doing Nana stuff. I finally had the time to paint something! Painted in Whiskey Rose by Eye Love Hue, left over transfers for fun, lightly distressed and sealed for durability.
