Yesterday at Thursday’s Downtown was such a wonderful day, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by my booth, shared a kind word, made a purchase, or simply cheered on my little bakery. Your support means more than you know. ❤️

After a long (and very successful!) day, I am spending today resting and recharging before jumping right back into the kitchen to bake hundreds more goodies for the next event in two weeks.

Since I always prefer treats to be enjoyed rather than sit in my freezer, I have a small assortment of leftovers available at 50% off:

🍌🧁 NEW at Thursdays Downtown: Banana Pudding Cupcakes! 🧁🍌

When I told my daughter I was making banana pudding cupcakes, she looked at me and said, “Nobody likes pudding.” 😒

Reader, she ate one.

And then suddenly pudding wasn’t such a terrible idea. 😂

These cupcakes start with a light, incredibly moist banana cake, are filled with a dollop of creamy banana pudding, and topped with a fluffy whipped-cream-inspired frosting. Finished with a vanilla wafer and red candy, they’re basically everything we love about banana pudding—just easier to carry while you’re strolling downtown.

So if you’re in the “nobody likes pudding” camp, I invite you to test that theory. My daughter already conducted the experiment for us. 🍌💛
