TOMORROW ‼️ For the last race of the spring season your Golden Flyers will be racing at Ithaca! There will be four races- Varsity 8, Novice 4, and two Varsity 4s! We hope to see you there!

After States this past weekend we are training full steam ahead for our race against Ithaca this weekend! As the semester gets close to an end and assignments start piling up, we are getting more and more motivated to finish strong both in the classroom and on the water. We’ll see you in Ithaca this weekend!

IT’S RACE DAY! Come watch Naz Women’s Rowing in our first competition of the season- the Brighton Burn. We’re so excited to compete today and show off all the hard work we’ve been putting in over the off season. Our races start at 10:30, and we hope to see you there!

This season, we want to give back to our Pittsford community! Join Naz Women’s Rowing and other Nazareth athletic teams in donating to the Pittsford Food Cabinet, which provides many local families with food supplies. Collection will be occurring March 9 in the downstairs athletics office, Shults 001.

Starting this semester with some team bonding! This weekend we made vision boards with our goals for the upcoming season- we want to improve our race placement, keep our grades up during the season, and improve our times on the ergs, and more all while continuing to build up our team culture and supporting each other in our personal goals!

And thats a wrap on our Fall season! Ending the season with the Head of the Fish, our 8 seat boat and 4 seat boat raced and put all their hard earned work into the last race of the season.

We can’t wait for next Spring season and we hope to see more of the community come and support! Great job ladies for your effort and perseverance this semester. We are so proud of you. Go Golden Flyers! 💛💜
