We want to know what elements are important to you as we prepare to transform Waterford Oaks Wave Pool and Waterford Oaks County Park.

Is a pool paramount, or how about a cool new water feature you've never seen before? What kind of attraction would draw visitors year round -- maybe go karts, a lazy river that transforms into an ice-skating ribbon in winter? A water ninja course? We're dreaming big here!

You can weigh in on our newly-launched Co-Creation Lab. It's an interactive online tool that lets you peek into the timelines and details of past OCP projects and share your input on what's coming up. You can upvote some ideas, make suggestions or tweaks to others, and even create a pretend "shopping cart" of attractions to create your perfect park.

Celebrate Valentine's Day a little differently this year at the Waterford Oaks Fireworks & Flannels event! We’re teaming up with Trek Bicycles of Pontiac to bring you the Fat Bike BMX experience.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or have never touched a fat bike, come catch some of the frosty flow (or maybe some air?) on our specially marked snow-covered course.

When: Feb 14th, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Where: Waterford Oaks BMX Track
The Gear: Trek Bicycles of Pontiac is bringing a demo fleet! First come, first served.
The Finale: Stick around for the fireworks at 8:00 PM! 🎆

Pro Tip: Wear your best flannel and bring a helmet! All riders must sign a waiver at the check-in desk before hitting the track.

Cape Coral BMX Nationals day 1

Having a great time at the clinic in Cape Coral!

Hope everyone had a great Halloween ! Still time to get some races in, not many days left of outdoor racing!!!

What a full weekend of racing. I took another #6 in XC with MISCA Saturday then turned around Sunday and competed for my state plate in BMX. Happy to have achieved my #3 plate for year.

Woohoo!!
