Homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls! This has become a weekend regular for my kids! The eat the whole pan in one sitting!!!

Instant Pot short ribs!!! This was a weeknight meal that came out delicious!!! No need to spend hours in the kitchen preparing a meal like this!

Homemade sourdough bagels with lox, cream cheese, dill, paper thin onions. Delicious!!! And so easy!!!

Hello there!!!

We have been gone for almost the last two weeks on vacation so I have not cooked a thing!!! We arrived home late last night and did a BIG grocery shop today!

Dinner tonight: hubs made poke bowls with sushi grade tuna. They were DELICIOUS!!! It may seem as though the tuna is too expensive to purchase, however we fed 6 people and had extra tuna left for $50 in tuna! The rest of the ingredients included 1 avocado, 3/4 of an English cucumber, 1 c (uncooked) brown rice, a couple green onions, black sesame seeds. Otherwise he made a sriracha mayo and a non spicy mayo sauce for the kids! The total probably works out to be about $12 per person if I am being generous.

Of course, I forgot a picture of the bowls. But I did get a picture of the gorgeous tuna that was left 🤤

So I made homemade ricotta for the lasagna I made for dinner tonight...

Store bought ricotta 👎🏻 There is literally NO REASON to buy this again....
