This is the summer to check "learn to row" off your bucket list. Take your first strokes on one of the most idyllic rowing venues in Western, NY . . . the Brockport Erie Canal. Register using the QR code or the link in the comments.

Please help us to congratulate the first BCR Learn to Row class of 2026. These graduates showed aptitude, teamanship, skill, and adaptability . . . all of the makings of a stellar crew.

ROW FOR HOPE
After rowing 60-ish miles on the Erie Canal, the McQuaid Varsity crew ended up taking everyone by surprise by pulling up to the Brockport Boathouse a good 30 minutes before their welcoming committee was scheduled to arrive. Nicely done McQuaid. Thank you to all that came out to support this endeavor. In an effort to raise funds for the House of Mercy, this crew is rowing the entire distance of the Erie Canal . . . from Buffalo to Albany. Row for Hope is coming to Brockport today at approximately 6:30 pm. Join us on the Bicentennial Pedestrian Bridge near the Brockport Boathouse as we welcome the McQuaid Varsity Rowing Team to their first stop on their journey from Buffalo to Albany. They will stay in Brockport for the night to recover before they continue their week long, 351 mile journey to raise funds for the House of Mercy. Full article in comments.
