Great label design tells a story before you ever take a sip.

For New York Kitchen, a destination on the shores of Canandaigua Lake bringing together food, wine, and community in the Finger Lakes, we designed labels for exclusive wines that do exactly that.

The Riesling: single-plot fruit from Shaw Vineyard Reds, same expert hands. Proceeds fuel NYK's educational programs for youth and adults.

Every design choice had to honor the people, the place, and the purpose behind the bottle. That's the kind of work we love.

We walked, we sampled, we chatted.

What a stellar time at Bar Convent Brooklyn!! There's great energy in the spirits industry from big brands to scaling startups.

We loved seeing innovations across the show floor, including the fat washes our client Fee Brothers, Inc. launched 😉

We also saw other exciting products and experiences like flavor cubes, mushroom spirits, live bees (love you, Barr Hill!), actual tattooing by Chicken C**k Whiskey (Maureen would have signed up but the list was full), actually tasty non-alc brands, and a living garnish garden.

Interesting that there's zero cannabis representation at this show - consumers are absolutely expanding consumption to include cannabis more often (especially Gen Z).

Differentiation is critical in this industry. In all industries!

Looking forward to continuing to work with brands in alc bev to help them position and tell a unique story.
