The Patty Flowerday School of Dance recently brought their energy, talent, and joy to MCH with a wonderful live performance.

Residents and staff enjoyed an uplifting showcase filled with movement, music, and community spirit. A special thank-you to all of the dancers for sharing their time and creativity with us.

As We Prepare for Summer - Protect Your Skin from UV Rays☀️

Enjoy the sunshine safely with these simple tips:

• Seek shade, especially during midday hours
• Wear protective clothing that covers your skin
• Choose a wide-brimmed hat for extra coverage
• Wear sunglasses that block UV rays
• Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30+ and reapply every 2 hours (more often if swimming or sweating)
• Avoid tanning beds and artificial UV exposure

👶 Children and babies need extra sun protection too.

The MCH Rehab Team is lacing up for Sunday’s Strut for Stroke at Nazareth University and showing what they stride for every day: our patients, caregivers, families, friends and stroke awareness.

Did you know nearly 795,000 people in the U.S. experience a stroke each year? Recognizing the warning signs and taking steps to prevent stroke can save lives.

The MCH Food & Nutrition team turned its teaching kitchen into a lively episode of “Chopped," a fun competition where residents worked to build the best-tasting sandwich!
