A bedroom before & after with the edition of a bathroom where the laundry room used to be.

This project was a dream transformation. My wife and I had a chance to redo our own home during quarantine last year. We had big dreams for this space and it turned out better than we could have hoped.

We took out a wall, removed a window to make a pantry, added additional storage on the dinning room wall, extended the kitchen cabinets by eliminating the peninsula.

As always, it was wonderful working with The Home Collective.for the flooring, cabinets, and countertops.

This apartment renovation project is one of 41 that are underway downtown. Transforming these one bed, one bath units is not without it’s challenges but this is a fun project to be part of. The flooring collective.

This bathroom renovation was a transformation. What was once a closet and small master bath is now a large master en suite. The closet will be relocated to the other side of the bedroom so no space was lost during this project, just better utilized. Here are some before and afters.
