This project’s shell is wrapping up in the coming weeks. We will then assist with build-outs of the interior spaces. If you or someone you know is looking in Owatonna, act quickly as they are filling up fast!

This week Capital broke ground on a design/build addition for Grace Church in Stewartville, MN. This 6,300 square foot addition will provide the church with additional educational, office, and meeting spaces for their growing congregation.

Grace’s building committee team has been fantastic to work with. We appreciate their trust in our company.

We are thrilled to announce the hiring of Jeff Strand as Project Superintendent at Capital General Contracting! Jeff brings with him over 15 years of related construction experience. His duties will entail overseeing all daily field operations, including scheduling, supervision, quality control, and enforcing safety compliance.

Jeff resides in St. Charles, MN with his wife, Kasey, and children, Isabella and Cooper.
