Patio pots are blooming in full force here at Sunscape!! If you're looking for something low-maintenance to add a beautiful pop of color to just about anywhere, look no further! 🌸

👀 Our greenhouse cherry tomatoes are feeling the sunshine! Stop by this week and grab your favorite kind - we have round red cherry tomatoes, yellow and orange grape tomatoes, apple yellow cherry tomatoes, and of course, Nate's favorite - the terrific tomato berry!! 🍅

🌸 Wave petunias bloom prolifically in stunning color all season long, are low-maintenance and love the sunshine!! 🌸

This biodegradable black mulch is made of plant-based starches and breaks down quickly, leaving behind no toxic residue. It warms the soil, helps keep produce clean, and naturally controls weeds! Each season, we eliminate the use of literal tons of plastic just on our farms alone.
This year, we are excited to support and advise an RIT team as they further exciting, Earth-friendly research and encourage wider adoption of biodegradable films! 🌎

Geraniums add stunning color to your garden or front step!

🌸 Large, showy blooms with a long bloom season! Just snip off spent flower stalks and the plant will grow new flower buds.
🌞 They are resilient and thrive in full sun and tolerate the heat. They are versatile - we offer geraniums to plant in your garden or pot, or you can choose one of our hanging baskets or patio pots.
🦋 They can help host pollinators, but garden pests typically don't bother them!
🌱 Planting tips: plant in full sun and water well to establish. Then water regularly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings. If planting in your own pot or garden, use fresh soil. Enjoy!

Annuals or Perennials?? Our answer is BOTH!

🌼 Perennials have shorter bloom periods but return year after year. They often help host pollinators and can provide an elegant beauty and structure to your garden. Now is a great time to plant perennials!

🌸 Annuals often bloom repeatedly throughout the season with stunningly colorful blooms. Since they don't typically last past a hard frost, they are great to add unique colors and yearly redesigns to your garden. They also thrive in pots and baskets!

🌱 General planting tips: grab some soil too! Always use fresh soil in your pot, or mix fresh soil into your garden bed. Water well to establish and then water when the soil is dry and inch below the surface.
