Housekeepers Needed.
Also, maintenance person and/or gardening person.
Housekeeping: Starting part time, mostly Saturday and Sunday mornings approximately 9 to 1 or 2. Other days 11 to 2 or 3 pm, depending on occupancy.
10- 20 hours a week at first. Building to semi-full time over 30 hours a week by May.
$11+ hr plus tips after a trial training period at $8.50hr the first 40 hours. $10hr plus tips the next 30 hours. Some optional front reception desk assistance may be needed some afternoons or evenings.
Maintenance/handy person. Simple weed whacking, gardening, same salary as housekeeping. Might have some housekeeping duties too.
Maintenance/carpenter/plumbing/handy person. Wage would start at $11 and build to $15 or more depending on your expertise and tasks.

Non-smokers preferred. Must be easy to get along with.
No drugs or criminal history.
Simple résumé or application MUST be filled out before an interview.

We are still officially OPEN during the very slow months of February and March. But at times, it may be difficult to book online, due to minimum nights restrictions we've placed on some of the booking engines, like expedia, booking, hotels, priceline, etc.
You can secure even 1 night only reservations if you book directly, by phone.
For the time being, due to room upgrades and some changes in rooms, reservations for the rest of the year are temporarily on hold until we release them in March.

Have you seen the fun and easy board game, "Ride the Dragon?" Roll the dice, and move your motorcycles up the Tail of the Dragon. Each time you land on a space with a yellow mark, you pull a "Fate" card from the deck, which tells you what to do... either advance a few spaces, or go back a few spaces.
It's pretty fun and we're selling them at discount prices for the season. Retail can be $25, our normal price is $22 (most souvenir dragon T-shirts sell for more!). For December, buy them for only $18 for 1, or 2 for $30. Perfect gifts for only $15 each when buying 2!

Graham County is allowing accommodations to reopen this weekend.
Please book direct and not online if you’re coming.

And if you’re staying in one of our apartments or houses and you’ll enjoy cooking, please bring your food and extra provisions with you.
Some locals worry tourists will come and empty our grocery stores.

Robbinsville wins battle for Smoky Mountain crown Robbinsville took home the Smoky Mountain Conference title after beating Murphy, 17-14, on Friday. WLOS. It’s one of the biggest rivalries in the conference and in Western North Carolina. Both programs have several state titles and will be advancing to the first round of the playoffs next week...

Congratulations to Robbinsville Black Knights, who managed a great win over arch-rival Muphy Bulldogs Friday, Nov 8 to end the season UNDEFEATED.

We could use a MAINTENANCE/HANDYMAN person who is capable of:
- basic electric and plumbing repairs
- installing ceiling fans
- fixing loose electrical outlets
- putting a shed together
- building a privacy fence
- painting on a rooftop
- replacing toilets when necessary
- replacing a few shower fixtures or baths.

Probably 20 hours a week at first. Decreasing to around 10 hours a week, often AT YOUR CONVENIENCE! Hours flexible

Possibility to do some front desk work for the right person/personality.

$10 per hour the first 2 or 3 weeks, Then $12 after that.
