Full living rooms, kitchens and dining. 3 baths total, 1 whorl tub, washer and dryer, 2 inside motorcycle garages, 2 picnic decks, bike wash and a coversd awning to shade , clean bikes and shoot the bull. New windows installed , canopy done, soffits done. Still waiting for gutters to be installed. All should be done and ready to rent by May 15th. It’s been a big project, but it was worth it. The place turned out Beautiful !

Now that winter has ended , work will start on April 7th to finish downstairs and outside. Won’t be long and all will be ready to rent. Upstairs 2 bedroom is ready to rent now, so call Mark at 941-204-9415 for bookings .

We will start taking bookings for weekly rentals. $250/night for upstairs , 2 bedroom. Queen beds, 1 bath with shower and whirlpool tub, kitchen, livingroom, dining table and counter with stools. Has washer/dryer and bbq grill. 2 decks overlooking hillside and pond and front deck overlooking roadside with motorcycles and sports cars. Has inside, lockable cycle storage.
Downstairs 3 bedroom, livingroom, dining, kitchen, 2 bath and front deck. Bbq grill amd inside cycle storage. There is a covered overhead roof and benches outfront . 2 picnic areas on scenic hillside. Lockable gates on each end of parking lot. Can’t beat the location. End of Tail of the dragon and beginning of Cherohala Skyway . $ 300/ night . Rent all 5 bedrooms, $ 550/ night

Thunder Mountain is complete with washer and dryer, whirlpool tub, internet and Roku tv, living room, dining, kitchen, front and rear decks with grill, two picnic decks overlooking hillside and pond, and 2 inside motorcycle garages. Lower level will have 2 baths and 3 bedrooms, living room, dining and kitchen. Roku tv and internet. There will also be covered parking in front . It will be ready in early spring

Thunder Mountain is a vacation rental house, not a motel or motel rooms.

The upper floor, two bedroom one bath with washer and dryer and whirlpool bathtub is now available to book. The rate is $250/night with a 1 week minimum.

Log siding done, soffits next. Roof between house and over sign post in front. Thunder mountain sign almost done. New floor should be done in a couple of days.

Log siding really changes the look. Fall is here.

We will be be log siding this week and installing garage door in storage building for inside motorcycle parking. That will allow quite a few motorcycles inside and locked up.

Bottom floor moving along , but slow going . Working on plumbing for the two bathrooms and kitchen and need to install the granite countertops. All the walls are built and will be doing new flooring in the near future
