I’m really excited to share something new with you. Wearable art anyone?

Dropped off 4 new fabric art pieces at .appalachia Woodshed Appalachian Crafts today and I’m so excited to share them! ✨🧵 There’s something special about seeing handmade work find a home in a space that celebrates Appalachian artistry and creativity.

Each piece was designed, cut, stitched, and brought to life with so much care, and I’m incredibly thankful to be part of such a talented community of makers. If you’re nearby, stop in and check them out! 💛

 

I was asked to sew the Rooster Walk logo onto 100 sweatshirts for the official Rooster Walk merchandise… and wow, this project turned out to be a much bigger undertaking than I imagined. 😅

There were long days (and late nights) of cutting, pressing, sewing, and problem-solving, but seeing it all come together has been incredibly rewarding. I truly could not have finished this project in time without my amazing husband and the wonderful friends who stepped in to help along the way. Their support, encouragement, and extra hands meant everything to me. ❤️

It’s such an honor to have been trusted with a small part of something as special as the Rooster Walk Music & Arts Festival, and now my family and I are SO excited to head to the festival this weekend and see everyone enjoying it all together!

If you spot the sweatshirts out there, just know they were made with a whole lot of love, teamwork, and coffee. ☕🧵✨

There’s something incredibly meaningful about creating art that is part of someone’s dream. ✨
