i think 15 year old me would be very surprised at how “easy” life seems now compared to then. mission unsuccessfully - successful?
was looking back on photos around 2017 and its crazy because it didnt even look like a picture of me, didnt feel like it atleast. whats that cheesy thought of wishing you could go back in time and give your past self a hug or be able to show them where you’d end up so they’d relax a bit? thats what i was thinking. 🌞 and thank goodness i failed because i wouldve never realized i liked vegetables (in liquid form) 🤣
have you ever noticed the way you judge people is usually the way you think people are judging you… projection is louder than reality, and most of the time we’re just hearing our own thoughts echo back at us

as a people pleaser recovering from the past 23 years … haha- something ive had to learn is not everyone will like me. and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. instead of forcing relationships- or fitting yourself into a mold just to be liked, be yourself and the people who are like-minded will find you (or you’ll find them) :) 🌞 have a good day!
: businesses especially for women KNOW your insecurities. your weaknesses. and they prey on you by creating products that could easily be replaced with daily habits that cost WAY LESS. we see this in the health and ESPECIALLYYY the beauty companies. this is literally a major part of a business plan. be influenced by the right people with the right knowledge. spend that money on good food or tupperware girl!
for most of my teenage and adult life i’ve depended on substances to cope with my trauma, stress and overall mental health. i never considered it a problem- i never let it interfere with my responsibilities, but i was always waiting for the end of the day using alcohol as motivation.
not having the “one glass of wine” because it leads to 3,4,5, on a tuesday night. for the past week and a half ive stayed away from alcohol. and here’s what ive experienced:
• less anxiety
• more energy during the day
• better sleep
• body inflammation and physical changes in my face
not everyone is ready for the wake up call on how damaging excessive drinking is - and that’s okay!! we’re using “fun” healthy drinks around here in replacement!

don’t forget to work on the inside as much as the outside. i notice the trends and motivation posts on the “revenge body” or using exercise as a crutch. its a great coping mechanism- but once you forget the heal your body from the inside out, you’ll lose sight of the real purpose of being “fit” and you’ll never be satisfied with the outside. 🌞💗
my obsession with my ninja juicer has returned … lots and lots of juice from just 1 pineapple!!! 🍍 the best treat after time in the sun 🌞
