Good friends, refreshing spritzes, delicious bites, and plenty of laughter made for the perfect summer gathering. From our charming Spritz Bar to the gorgeous lakeside views, it was wonderful to see everyone relaxing, mingling, and enjoying the evening together.

This morning’s Resistance Band Workout had our members stretching, strengthening, and staying active together. Resistance bands are a fantastic way to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness—all while having fun with friends! Thank you Go Gym Jeramie Irvin Sr.
