My greatest joy in recent days is not the platform or the homeruns, it is feeling loved by God. I wake up in the morning and He loves me. He doesn’t just love me, he LIKES me. I am free to be myself because Gods approval is the one that matters and He calls me beloved. Even on my worst days, I am loved. The love of God changes you. It motivates you to good works. Not to earn Gods love, but just out of gratitude because your spiritual needs are met. I’m a broken man who has made many mistakes, but a man who is called the beloved child of the one true king.

The love of God should produce the fruit of the spirit. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, etc. If not, we are a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal, not useful for anything.
Love never fails. ❤️
