In light of this horrendous recent tragedy in our community, there will be a collection taken at the Farmville Community Marketplace this Saturday, October 23rd during market hours of 9:00 AM through 1:00 PM, with funds collected going directly to the surviving Esh Family Children. Thank you for helping us offer community support to help with the children's medical expenses, who are also members of our community. Our Amish vendors and friends are very important to our local communities, and we know they fully appreciate any and all funds donated. And if unable to donate, that's okay. A card or note as well as prayers would suffice just fine. Lord knows they'll need them as these precious children face a life without their beloved parents. I'm heartbroken for them all.

Thank you so much to all who came out to see me during Saturdays market at the Farmville Community Marketplace! It was yet another 🔥 day and town was hopping with lots of Longwood University and Hampden-Sydney College families and alumni visiting! It's always great to see newcomers to our town!
This past Saturday I brought back another fan favorite into my repitoire of deliciousness - our Four Kids Fudge Crystalized Ginger Cookies - which, along with all of my baked items, also happen to be allergy-friendly for those with Alpha-Gal Syndrome as well as dairy allergies! And while not gluten-free, I have several gluten-sensitive customers who are able to tolerate my baked items due to the purity of the organic grains and other ingredients I use in my preparations. Lucky for me, I had a couple extra 🍪 at home for snacking! 😋 ❤ Have a great week! 🙂

To those who came looking for my Healthy Cookies, but sadly found I was sold out, please know I'll make an extra batch for next Saturday's Marketplace! Come early as they go fast! Pre-orders are always helpful when planning, and I will gladly set aside some for you!
And lastly, while one hopes to have a sell-out each week, there are some bonuses to having something leftover, such as my yummy Whole Wheat English Muffin Toasting Bread! I sliced into it upon returning home to enjoy it as a vessel for my tuna sandwich! It's so flavorful, and makes a sturdy sandwich even when untoasted! 😋 😋 😋

Our Story
Over 28 years ago, I awoke early Winters morning and decided I was going to prepare my own homemade chocolate fudge for our daughters preschool teachers Christmas gifts that year -- which were happily received. Fast forward to early 2006 when we moved our family to Farmville, Virginia, I decided to take my passion for creating these delicious treats into a business, while paying homage to our four children, and Four Kids Fudge was born. Our artisanal-style fudge is a firm chocolate that is smooth, not grainy or gritty, prepared in small batches to maintain consistency in our product, and made with love in our VDACS certified kitchen. And although we do not offer a sugar free variety, our fudge is not overly or cloyingly sweet. What you're tasting is the chocolate as the star with whatever accompaniment as a compliment to the chocolate itself. We use only the finest ingredients we can source to offer the most indulgent chocolate fudge we can. The best compliment we receive is, "This is the best fudge I have ever had!" Try some today!
In addition to our delicious chocolate fudge, we also offer a wide selection of artisanal-style baked items.
