🤔 Have you ever wondered what happens to everything after an estate sale is complete?
🦋Hi I'm Yolanda, owner and coordinator of Yolis Estate Sale, LLC. I help sort, organize, stage and host the liquidation of personal properties in the Rio Rancho and ABQ area.
🧐 One of the most common questions I'm asked is , "What do you do with everything that doesn't sell?" And thats a great question. Speaking only for my company, after each sale I often try to sell any remaining larger pieces of furniture on marketplace, for a limited time, those proceeds are added to the final total before the closing of my sale contract . Whatever remains will be included in the pick up. I then pack and arrange for donation to a non profit organization. I do not keep, store or roll over unsold items into the next sale. Sometimes families wish to select additonal items to keep after the sale is complete, which I do allow, and the remainder is donated.

By the time proceeds are delivered to my client the home is completely cleared and ready for realtors to proceed with the sale of the home.
