Sweet_Ass Events

The Asses and their friends got out and about yesterday at the Riley Fall Festival put on by Riley PRIDE. Emmalynn and Nora led our group and fun was had by all.

Well the asses have been hanging out at home because Lucy was due to have a baby!

We welcomed baby Shermy to the world on June 1st! 🥰

We have been kind of quiet but we have been busy winterizing the farm and taking advantage of the warmer weather, practicing, and planning big things for 2022. 😊

Throwback to last December when we visited Merle Norman Salon & Spa to put smiles on some faces. 🥰

Lucy and Linus had their first BIG event this weekend and they rocked it!

Some close friends of ours got married in Mexico last week and had their reception locally on Saturday and they asked to have "shot donkeys" be in attendance. Lucy and Linus carried jello shots around for guests to have at will.

Our donkeys are pretty relaxed but faced working in the dark for the first time as well as faced a generator, flying bean bags, kids, a fire pit and more and we couldn't be more proud.

We were so thankful for opportunity to get out and will have a price list, website, and more info soon because this pair was a hit.

So excited for 2022!

We had a 70 degree day in December yesterday and we had a cousin turning 10 so we celebrated with a painting party!

We use paint that's washable and safe for both the humans and the equids! 🎨

A big thanks to Merle Norman Salon & Spa for letting us come hand out candy and meet all their friends.

Today all the donkeys and some horses and ponies got their physical exams and teeth floated by Veterinary Health Center at Kansas State University.

We are so lucky they are nearby to help us with basic care and emergencies!

Today did not go as planned for The A Team, no fault of theirs. But they sure looked cute!

New fly gear is in!

Fly masks provide protection from flies and other pests as well as protection from then sun. And no worries, the short eared equine on the property wear protection too!
