Hello, Heartland Families! With September coming to an end, we are looking forward to another exciting month of learning for you. We are still accepting students for all STEAM Labs classes!

Here is a complete list of classes offered at STEAM Labs this school year:

Hands-on History:
grade 2-8, on the 2nd Tuesday each month 2-4pm, $50/month

Student Success:
grade TK-4, Tuesdays 11-11:45am weekly, $50/month

Foundations of Art:
grade 1-6, Mondays 10-11am weekly, $75/month

Lego SPIKE:
grade 6-8, Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm weekly, $75/month

Spanish:
grade TK-5, multiple times available Tuesdays or Wednesdays 3x a month, $115/month

Do your kids love art? Are they always doodling and coloring? Join us for engaging classes that build on your child's natural abilities by learning and strengthening the fundamentals of art and creativity. Open class spots are currently available for 1st - 6th graders.

Hello parents!
We’re excited to announce that we will be adding an afternoon Spanish class. It will take place on Tuesdays, 3 times a month from 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm. The cost is $115 per month. This is a practical Spanish class like the morning sessions, not an academic class. All ages from TK and older are welcome. Please DM if you have further questions. Thank you!

STEAM Labs is offering in-person Spanish classes for TK-5 grade students in Ridgecrest!

Weekly 45 minute classes will consist of Spanish songs/simple interactive activities, read-aloud books, and an arts & craft.

Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Younger siblings are welcome to come along and play with toys in the lounge area. Only registered students can participate in the class.

We are an approved Heartland Charter School vendor

STEAM Labs is offering in-person Social-Emotional Learning classes for TK-3 grade students in Ridgecrest!

Weekly 45 minute classes will consist of short lessons, read-aloud books, and simple interactive activities that build skills in key areas.

Students will learn about social skills, emotional intelligence, self-regulation, following instructions, citizenship, good character, and skills for success.

Class fee: $50/month

Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Younger siblings are welcome to come along and play with toys in the lounge area. Only registered students can participate in the class.

STEAM Labs is offering in-person History classes for 2nd-8th grade students in Ridgecrest!

We make History fun and engaging for kids with hands-on activities that lead to effective learning.

We will be focusing on American History during the 24-25 school year.
Class will be held once a month for 2 hours and include interactive lessons and hands-on activities related to a theme or time period in American History, such as creating your own pottery and building a wooden covered wagon.

Class fee: $50/month

Students must be accompanied by an adult chaperone. Younger siblings are welcome to come along and play with toys in the lounge area. Only registered students can participate in the class.

MATH and ENGLISH TUTORING! Book one-on-one help with: math (up to pre-Calculus), and English (grammar, essay writing, reading comprehension, etc.).

• Monday/Thursday/Friday from 9:00 - noon (Other days/times can be discussed on a individual basis)
• $55/hr for individual tutoring
