APEX Cleaning & Building Maintenance LLC

To maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable and tidy environment for private group homes

*clean kitchen according to agreed hygiene standards
*sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
*vacuum carpets, rugs
*dust and polish furniture
*clean trash containers
*dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
*clean wash basins, toilets, mirrors, tubs and showers
*wipe down glass surfaces
*wash windows as scheduled
*clean vents/ceiling fans
*perform electrostatic Covid spray as well as a bed bug spray prevention on a regular basis

Must have good communication skills,
integrity, including honesty and high ethical standards, reliability, including good time-keeping, attention to detail,
high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision.

Requirments: reliable transportation/valid drivers license, clean criminal background, pass drug screen, experience preferred but will train.

****This position is a bi-weekly position, one week on, one week off.
