We currently have a full time opening for a cleaning person. This opening is on our second shift (2:30pm -11:00pm). The starting wage is $11.70/hour with a dollar increase after the probationary period of 45 working days.
Benefits include healthcare, dental plan and vision along with a life insurance policy. We also have a 401K plan, profit sharing program and paid vacation. Maintenance Position Now Open

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Excellent attendance performance
3. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
4. A willingness to take classes and training outside the facility.
5. Ability to climb and work at heights in or on outside of plant building.
6. Basic knowledge of name and uses of hand tools used in plant maintenance.
7. Basic knowledge of :
a. Electrical,
i. AC Single Phase Systems
ii. AC Three Phase Systems
iii. DC Low Voltage System
iv. General ability to read and understand electric wiring diagrams
v. General understanding on how to use a multi-meter
vi. General electrical circuit troubleshooting knowledge
b. Hydraulic
i. General knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
ii. Ability to read hydraulic prints
c. Pneumatic
i. General knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
ii. Ability to read pneumatic prints
d. Mechanical
i. General knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
8. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
9. Have no restrictions and the ability to work unscheduled overtime, work seven days a week, and fill in on other jobs as needed.
10. Assume additional duties as required.
11. Be able to complete general welding duties
12. Be able to use a cutting torch
13. Be willing to learn how to start up the foundry prior to the start of the shift.
14. Be willing to learn OSHA general safety standard and conduct safety walk through in the plant.

Richmond Casting has grinding positions open on 1st shift 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when required.
Starting wage is $13.15/ hour with a $1.00/ hour increase after you probationary period
