DataBass gets her wings with debut album release When DataBass first came to my attention, it was as a fresh-faced student at Ball State University in Indiana, USA. Now, she’s 22 years old and still making music that surpasses her years.

Today, Songbird is yours.
Written between the ages 18 and 22, these songs hold the pieces of who I was and who I am becoming.

I’m endlessly grateful for all the collaborators and professors that contributed and shaped my album, I’m so glad that you all shared my vision and helped the music come to life!

The first time I ever considered pursuing a career in film scoring was in sixth grade after watching the movie Interstellar. The soundtrack was such a huge influence to my musical career, and it's honestly crazy to me that ten years later I am watching the world premiere of a film that I composed the music for. Thank you to everyone who made the film possible, and thank you to Ball State for giving me the opportunity to compose the music for a film!

I recently composed the music for a short film titled “LISTEN”. The film will have its world premiere this week, however, the music is out now on all of your favorite streaming platforms! Check it out to get a sneak peek for the film 😉
