More tips and tricks to increase your lymphatic drainage and depuff for the summer time 🌞

Can’t keep up with your in-spa lymphatic massages? Not to worry! Achieve similar results and get your summer body in check with some at home lymphatic drainage 🌀

The process is simple:
-Swing by our Clayton location to grab a dry brush
-Using light pressure, follow the diagram with long strokes moving towards the heart
-Do this process a few times a week on DRY skin before the shower

For the face:
-Can use a gua sha, face roller, or just your hands
-Use an oil or heavy moisturizer on the face to help the glide
-Use light strokes in an up-and-out motion, following the diagram

With regular usage, you will see AND feel the difference in your skin 🧏🏽‍♀️

Margo always knew that she was on the path to help people heal- not on the medical side, but more holistic. People always told her that she had a healing touch, even from a simple hug. She realized that this was her calling and that she needed to listen to it, so she began the journey of finding the right kind of schooling. Margo graduated from the Healing Arts center of St. Louis in 2021 and has been a professional massage therapist ever since. Margo works from the heart and with a natural, intuitive approach to listening to the body, she is finely attuned to each client’s needs.
