If you have ever been in my chair asking for a cut that gives volume , is low maintenance or complained about hair not growing or having an oily scalp etc, chances are it provoked me to write a PSA. You have issues? I have (sometimes crass) answers. I commonly write generic posts based on shop conversations so that other people may know that they are not alone, not because I’m trying to make anyone feel bad.

PSA if you do not trim your hair regularly, you won’t have to worry about it because it will just break off! If you don’t think that is funny, then call your stylist today for a trim. You need at least four trims a year, some people need more. The longer you go between cuts, the more your hair looks thin and stringy at the bottom. A trim is anywhere from a quarter of an inch to an inch and a half, depending onn if you color or heat stlyle. If youre not having it trimmed often enough, you probably need more like 4 to 6 inches off of the ends. I understand this freaks you out, but 6 inches of see-through hair doesn’t make your hair look long and eventually breaks off. Want more info on how to take better care of your hair? Book now!
