Giving back to the profession is a fundamental element of a successful office. To that end, we are pleased to announce our continued commitment and support to the Bucks County community, highlighted by the recognition from MBIT for our co-op program that educates high school students about civil engineering and guides them through the process of becoming a licensed engineer or surveyor.

Dumack engineering was pleased to help support and sponsor the Washington crossing council of scouting America. Helping to develop future leaders and having fun playing golf at spring mill in Northampton township. While no low score records were set a beautiful fun day was had and enjoyed by all.

We may be engineers… but we’ve got some serious bowling skills too 🎳

Last week, the Dumack team got together to celebrate our first annual Founder’s Day with an afternoon of bowling, food, and a little friendly competition.

Since 1964, Dumack Engineering has been built on strong relationships — and it was great to take some time to enjoy that off the clock.

Safe to say… there were a few strikes, a few gutter balls, and a lot of laughs.

Today marks Dumack Engineering’s Founder’s Day.

In 1964, my father, Ralph Dumack, started this company with a simple goal: to do good work, treat people fairly, and build something he could stand behind. He took a very hands-on, practical approach to engineering and believed that your reputation was built one project and one relationship at a time.

Those values have stayed with us.

While a lot has changed over the years, the core of what he built is still here—and it shows in the way this team approaches their work every day.

I’m proud to continue what he started, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m grateful to all of you for being part of it and for the role you play in carrying it forward.
