Riverwalk Pointe in Jupiter Fl is an Active Lifestyle 55+ Community. We have been using Kev's Gym since September 2021. The Residents LOVE the Instructors and are even showing an increase in their strength and stamina since participating in the twice weekly classes. They want MORE CLASSES!!!!

It fills my heart to share yoga with others. This group of seniors at a retirement center in La Jolla made me laugh so hard that I feel I got more out of this class than they did.

Today we had another wonderful yoga class from Kev's Gym! We stretched to music, learned new yoga techniques, and enjoyed time together as a group. Thank you to our instructor, Julia, for bringing even more sunshine to our day!!

What an awesome way to start out 2021..

Yesterday, Kev's Gym and Barbera Foundation collaborated to raise money to support the homeless. We hosted an outdoor boot camp workout in Reston, VA and managed to raise just over $1,500 from the participants of the boot camp, along with other donors!

Proceeds from this event will go to purchase sleeping bags and winter hats for the homeless living in Washington, DC.

Our Story

I started Kev's Gym in March 2014 with a goal to motivate and inspire people from all walks of life (male, female, young, and old) to get in great shape and to ultimately live more fulfilling and vibrant lives. To accomplish this goal, I did in-home personal training and yoga sessions, along with outdoor fitness classes. I also gave back to the community by volunteering to teach chair yoga and chair fitness classes at retirement homes to assist the elderly in the Northern, VA area. Since then, the underlying goal has remained the same, but the approach has evolved.

During my first few years in the fitness industry, I discovered a couple problems/opportunities that needed to be addressed. First, I found that the elderly population was an under-served market, that was growing in size, and demanded regular chair yoga/fitness classes taught by optimistic and uplifting fitness professionals. Second, from the fitness professional side of the spectrum, personal trainers and yoga instructors were experts in their fields, but needed assistance on the business side of things including: marketing, scheduling, invoicing, etc. By connecting top-tier fitness professionals to the elderly population, and removing the administrative business burden from fitness professionals, Kev's Gym adds great value to all parties involved, while advancing our mission on a much larger scale!

Since inception, Kev's Gym has accomplished some amazing things, and we're just getting started! We look forward to having you as a client or a trainer/instructor on our team!
