Her real estate career began while in New York City when she and her husband decided to begin investing in real estate in the Northern Virginia area. After relocating back to Fairfax in 2013, her passion for the industry had blossomed into something she wanted to pursue full time. After becoming a licensed Virginia real estate agent, she has mastered the nearly 100 skills that are necessary to become a professional in the industry. Meet Danielle

Danielle is a Northern Virginia native and a 2006 graduate of George Mason University, where she received a BS in Psychology and was a captain of the Women’s Soccer team.

After graduation, Danielle launched her professional career in the legal industry in London, where she worked in patent, intellectual property and corporate law. Upon moving back to the United States in 2009, she settled in New York City where she was a business analyst for an international investment bank until 2013.

Meet Sherry

Sherry graduated from George Mason University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Event Management and Tourism. After graduating, Sherry spent a decade running her own business based in Loudoun County.

Looking for a new challenge, Sherry joined The Wateridge Group, a member of Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty in Reston, at the beginning of the year. She chose to work with The Wateridge Group as they fully embrace the value of being a real estate advisor—not just an agent.

Representing both buyers and sellers, Sherry is building her business based on customer service, communications, and trust. Her goal is to make the whole real estate process less stressful.

A native of Loudoun County for 30 years, Sherry understands the benefits of life in NOVA with its fabulous schools, diverse lifestyles, and recreational opportunities as well as its proximity to the nation’s capitol. Her intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods, local schools, and commute times can be invaluable to first-time homebuyers, growing families, and people relocating to the area.

Sherry lives in Sterling with her two daughters. They fill their family time with biking, hiking, and family trips to parks and playgrounds. As a working mom, Sherry certainly understands trying to balance all the demands of life, motherhood, and work. She is communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented—and, as your real estate advisor, she will be alongside you every step of the way.
