It’s a gorgeous morning to visit the Nordic Knot Pretzel Cart! Come see us today and every Saturday (weather permitting) through the fall season from season 8AM-12PM to get your Nordic Knot Pretzels or Pretzel Croissants!
Did you know that you can purchase Nordic Knot pretzels (even freeze them) to prep, heat, and eat later? Yes, you can!
Your Nordic-Knot pretzels are fully baked and ready to eat straight out of the bag, but we suggest a little extra prep and a few minutes in the oven for best taste and presentation.
Not ready to indulge right away? Wrap in plastic and store on the countertop for up to 48 hours, or refrigerate or freeze to extend freshness and for future enjoyment! We are 100% preservative free at Nordic-Knot.
If you’ve ordered unsalted pretzels, start with quick brush of melted butter, olive oil, water or your favorite beer to moisten the crust, then sprinkle with the included pretzel salt or your favorite maldon flake, kosher, rock sea salt or other seasoning, or top with your favorite shredded cheese!
Preheat your oven to either 350 convection or 400 degrees (subtract 50 degrees if reheating pretzels from frozen).
Place pretzels on a baking sheet, parchment lined baking sheet, or preheated baking stone, and bake for 3-5 minutes (mini or small size), 5-7 minutes (large size) or 5-10 minutes (braid). If reheating from frozen, double the baking time. Ovens may vary. Check frequently and remove from oven when heated through.

Join us Sunday, September 17th from 6:30PM-8:30PM at the Brew House for the Oktoberfest dinner with deliciousness curated by the Lake Anne Brew House, The Fermented Pig, and Nordic Knot. Your $79 ticket will include a three-course plated traditional German meal plus an authentic German half liter logo mug filled with your favorite Lake Anne Brew House beer! Don your lederhosen or your dirndl and join us for a delicious dinner and lots of fun... PROST!

Nordic Knot was born from a love of pretzels, and as a way of twisting together family, friends, and community. We value our community partners and are excited to share an amazing and beautiful FUNdraiser event at the Lake Anne Brew House!
Join us Friday, September 15th at 7PM at the Brew House for this event supporting Flowers for Wellness. Your $30 ticket includes a gorgeous selection of locally grown fresh flowers, which you will learn to arrange into a bouquet to take home. 100% of profits will go to support mental health treatments for local families in our community. Tickets are limited and will sell out fast, so purchase yours today! Come for a Girls’ Night, come for a date night, or come solo and make new friends! Lake Anne Brew House will provide the vase, flowers, and instruction. Beer, wine, cider, a variety of non-alcoholic drinks, and Nordic Knot soft pretzels available for purchase separately.
Flowers for Wellness promotes growing and working with local flowers as a horticulture therapy for our community via workshops. 100% of the profits from these workshops is used as scholarship money for local families to put towards mental health treatments – focusing on families with new parents/caregivers.
