Make A High Stride Rate Work For You |

This: "The reason a higher stride rate is ideal is two-fold, said Daniels. Most casual runners run at a slower rate with longer steps. A higher step rate forces smaller strides, which brings a runner’s feet more directly under them instead of out in front, decreases the injuries associated with overstriding, and increases efficiency."

[03/04/18]   We run, not because we think it is doing us good, but because we enjoy it and cannot help ourselves...The more restricted our society and work become, the more necessary it will be to find some outlet for this craving for freedom. No one can say, 'You must not run faster than this, or jump higher than that.' The human spirit is indomitable.

Richmond Marathon Disqualifies Athletes Linked to Doping

Nice to see non-majors sticking to their guns and trying to keep the sport clean. It has to be hard for the smaller organizations who can't test everyone but want to offer prize money to honest athletes.
