Parents! It’s time to start thinking about back to school. Now is the time to start slowly working towards that school year routine. 15 min earlier bedtime and 15 min earlier wake time. 30 min less screen time and replace it with 30 min of focused learning or conversation time. Sending kids to school without this slow transition back into school year routine isn’t only unfair for teachers but it’s unfair for your child! Start making small changes now so that the first day of school is a success for everyone!
