Red Hawk meeting tonight. Stop the madness!! They want to close the lakes golf course section and build over 740 homes. Several hundred people are showing up in opposition to this plan. We’re going to see how the City of Sparks plans to play their game. Not going to happen if we can help it!!

Very first sourdough loaf completely finished!!! This was an amazing experience! I’m hooked for sure!!

Next step… mix salt, water, flour and sourdough starter and set aside for first raise. It’s really happening!!

Getting ready to start making my own sourdough bread. The starter is fed and waiting for it to peak before I can make my first loaf. 😋
