You’re not just caring for children, you’re planting seeds, building faith, and helping shape little hearts for God’s Kingdom.

Even on the long and exhausting days, your work matters deeply. You are seen, valued, and called to this. As it says in Colossians 3:23, “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”—and that’s exactly what you do.
