Despite a tough knee injury and multiple surgeries, mountaineer & skier Kirsten Alexis turned to fitness to fuel her recovery, finding strength in every stride & every rep. “Fitness helped me learn how to overcome obstacles and get creative in modifying my workouts & everyday activities.”
These days, Kirsten is all about recovery, injury prevention, and longevity. Each workout isn’t just a physical exercise, but a mindful practice of self-care. They're non-negotiable, a commitment she makes to herself every single day. Because showing up, even when it's tough, is where true strength lies.
