Once we love and understand ourselves we can maintain healthy boundaries, engage in critical conversations, and be authentically ourselves. This means, we can be in romantic, intimate, amazing relationships without losing ourselves. Couples or individuals within a relationship who want to take their relationship to the next level because they understand that if a relationship isn't growing it's dying.

2. Women who are feeling lost, alone, confused. They aren't sure why they aren't fulfilled. Perhaps they've been focusing on their children, or their husband, or their career, but somehow they woke up one morning and realized that their life wasn't anything like the life they had dreamed about. That they didn't even feel ALIVE.

3. Men and women who have been thrown into the dating world after years of a long term committed relationship and are at a loss about how to navigate today's dating world.

4. Men and women who are going through divorce and who are unsure what life will look like afterwards. They are in shock, numb and fearful of the financial and consequences of divorce, and how it will affect access to their children.

5. Women who are pondering the age-old question of whether they should stay in the relationship they are in, or leave, whether or not this means divorce, and whether or not this means figuring out a parenting plan.
