Ok fellow cleaners what do you use to REALLY get the crevices clean in shower heads?

Deep clean of a bathroom today and the soap scum on this tub was a doozy but it came out better than expected. Also, the reglaze has worn off so part of what you see is the color differentiation. My client was happy so I'm happy😎

Some before/after photos of a clean that took all day. And yes! That's mold on the end tables👀 This is why hiring a cleaner at least once a month is vital for elderly folks that can't keep up with proper maintenance.
