Attention RABA Riders: Public Hearing Notice

RABA will hold two public hearings on Monday, June 15, to gather public input on proposed changes to Routes 4, 15, and 44X, as well as proposed updates to RABA fare policy.

Information about the proposed changes, how to submit comments, and how to participate in the hearings can be found in the attached notice. We encourage all riders and community members to review the information and share their feedback.

Most RABA services will be out of service on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Amtrak bus 99X to Chico and Route 19 to Whiskeytown will still be in operation.

Attention RABA Riders: Due to funding availability, Senior Ride Free cards will no longer be accepted after June 1, 2026.

Alternative discount programs will still be available for eligible riders. While free fares for seniors will no longer be offered, most seniors may qualify for a reduced fare of $1.00 per ride.
