Hi everyone, I’ve been a bit MIA but I’m back and ready to share some news this week with you 💚🌿

I always have the most fun repotting plants 🙌🏻

Plus, I couldn’t miss a photo opportunity when I realized my plant and it’s roots are so beautiful 💚🌿

One of the most crucial aspects of plant care is the potting mixture you use. This is so important because each plant needs a different mix, just like each plant varies on how much light, water, and humidity they prefer.

Some aspects to pay attention to when mixing your plants perfect potting mix are:

•pH level, depending on what your plants prefers, a soil mix to be within the range of 5.5-7.0

•Drainage, you can use perlite and/or sand to add drainage to your mixes.

•Moisture retention, perfect for helping maintain moisture: peat moss and vermiculite

Making sure you do your research & have your plants in the optimal environment will ensure you & your plants succeed 💚🌿

Brought my big girl outside for some of this rain we are getting 🌿💚

•Origin: Rainforests of South Mexico and Guatemala
•Light: Low light, northern facing window is ideal
•Watering: When top 1-2” of soil feel dry
•Temperature: 65-80 degrees
•Humidity: Average/normal household humidity
•Fertilizing: Light feeding plants, one/two times during spring & summer. No feeding during winter.
