Kevin Escobar, El Paso Texas
Meet Kevin Escobar šāØ
El Paso native, entrepreneur, and people-first professional ā Kevin Escobar brings both heart and hustle to the McGrew Agency. With a Bachelorās degree in Business Marketing from New Mexico State University, Kevin has built a strong foundation in business and relationship-building that naturally translates into serving families at the highest level.
Before joining Family Heritage, Kevin successfully owned and operated Escobar Corn Wholesale, where he developed his passion for connecting with people and delivering value through service.

Top performer, Ryan Smith, chose to dedicate this milestone to a teammate who passed unexpectedlyāsomeone known for his heart, his dedication, and the way he showed up for others every single day.

ā75 Eagles. š¦
This week I had the privilege of accomplishing my 75th Eagle and a $20,000 production week.
While Iām incredibly grateful for those milestones, the truth is that they arenāt what Iām most proud of.
What Iām most proud of is the woman Iāve become.
Growing up, my brother, sister, and I experienced a childhood filled with challenges, trauma, and circumstances that could have easily convinced us that our future was already decided. There were moments in my life when I felt completely alone, sleeping in my car, crying myself to sleep, and wondering if the dreams in my heart were ever going to become reality.
I would pray the same prayer over and over:
āGod, I just want to be that girl.ā
The girl who could buy her own brand-new car.
The girl who didnāt have to worry about where her next meal was coming from.
The girl who felt confident, successful, and capable.
The girl who could inspire others to believe in themselves.
At the time, those dreams felt impossible.
But I kept believing.
I kept showing up.
I kept taking steps forward even when I was scared.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something incredibleā¦
I became that girl.
Today, my brother and sister tell me how proud they are of me. We have healed, grown, and built a relationship that I treasure deeply. We are proof that your past does not have to determine your future.
If thereās one lesson Iāve learned after 75 Eagles, itās this:
Never stop believing in yourself.
The life you dream about may feel impossibly far away today, but if youāre willing to keep going when itās hard, keep believing when nobody else does, and keep taking one more step forward, you might wake up one day and realize youāve become the person you once prayed to be.
Your story isnāt over yet.
Keep going. ā¤ļøā -Megan Marie

Congratulations to Aaron Hyslip for being our Top Performer last week!!! šš¼
āThis past week was full of reminders on why I do what I do in protecting families. Unfortunately we lost a dear friend/co-worker (Sweet Mike Finelli) on 5/21 to heart complications. I also had a client who almost lost an eye in a work accident. We were able to pay him and his family enough funds to help cover his missed wages. This career is constantly reminding me why our products often times protect families from financial ruin when life happens.
Sweet Mike, this week was dedicated to you. Love you brother. ā -Aaron Hyslip
