I'm Cast Iron Pam and I love cooking with cast iron! On the stove...over coals...I do it all!

Pam Warfield earned her nickname, Cast Iron Pam, by cooking up great grub for her large family in her collection of cast iron pots and pans. She hopes to inspire others to begin using cast iron by publishing a cookbook that is dedicated to the art of cast-iron-cookery. Her cookbook, Cast Iron Pam, is scheduled to be available for purchase in late spring/early summer 2012.
