Mental health support when you need it, as you need it. Telehealth and in-person services for a better tomorrow.

When it comes to mental health, there’s always more to learn.

At PAX Health, we believe staying curious and continuing to grow our knowledge helps us better understand, connect with, and support the people we serve.

For anyone interested in the mental health field, keep learning, keep asking questions, and stay open to new perspectives. The more we learn, the more we can bring to the work we do and the people we help.

For many busy women, juggling it all can come with anxiety, perfectionism, and the pressure to always stay in control.

And when one thing doesn’t go as planned, it can be easy to turn inward, become overly critical, and let self-doubt take over.

Recognizing that negative self-talk is an important step toward breaking the cycle and giving yourself a little more grace. 🫶

Quick question, quick answer! 🎤

We’re getting to know the people behind PAX Health one question at a time. This time, we put one of our team members on the spot to hear her answer!

A little fun and a little more about the personalities that make up the PAX team. 💙

On World Su***de Prevention Day, we’re reminded of the importance of connection, compassion, and creating space for conversations about mental health.

At PAX Health, we believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for. Checking in, listening without judgment, and reminding someone they don’t have to face difficult moments alone can make a meaningful difference.

Today and every day, let’s continue working toward a world where asking for support is met with understanding and hope. 💛

This Labor Day, we’re recognizing more than the work we do, we’re recognizing the importance of taking time for ourselves, too. 🌤️

Between busy schedules, responsibilities, and the pressure to keep going, making space to rest and recharge can be an important part of supporting your mental health.

From all of us at PAX Health, we wish you a safe, restful, and Happy Labor Day! 💙

September is National Recovery Month, a time to recognize the strength behind every recovery journey and the importance of having support along the way.

At PAX Health, we believe recovery deserves to be met with compassion, understanding, and care that meets each person where they are.

This month, we celebrate those in recovery, the people who support them, and the progress made one step at a time. 🤝

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and there’s no “right” way to move through it.

On National Grief Awareness Day, we’re recognizing the many ways grief can show up and reminding anyone who is grieving that they don’t have to navigate it alone.

Be gentle with yourself. Give yourself time. And remember that asking for support is okay.

Your care should feel personal. PAX takes a client-centered approach, making sure you feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout your journey.

08/21/2026

The highest quality of care starts with the people providing it. At PAX, investing in our clinicians means giving them the support, resources, and environment they need to do what they do best: care for you 😊

Because when our clinicians are supported, our patients feel the difference. 💙
