Berks Bests continues with Boyertown legend Abby Kapp. 🏀⭐️
When Kapp looks back on her record-setting career, her first memory isn't the state championship trophy or becoming Boyertown's all-time leading scorer.
It's a plate of cheesy O's pasta.
Kapp helped lead Boyertown Lady Bears Basketball to the only PIAA girls basketball state championship won by a Berks County program while scoring 1,671 career points, good for 16th in Berks history.
Now living in Minneapolis, she recently reflected on that historic run, her time at Bucknell, and the friendships that have lasted long after the final buzzer.

Berks Bests continues with Antietam's Paige Glovenski. 🏀⛰️
Glovenski never expected basketball to become her sport. A soccer player growing up, she was convinced by a friend to attend an Antietam open gym and eventually turned that opportunity into a record-setting career.
The three-time All-Division selection and 2019 All-Berks pick scored 1,373 career points, becoming Antietam School District all-time leading scorer and one of the top 40 scorers in Berks County history.
Now living in Maine and working as a social worker, Glovenski reflects on her playing days, the memories she cherishes most, and the legacy she left behind at Antietam Sports Boosters.
