Join me at Heartbeat Wellness. Rest and rejuvenate as we move into winter with Yoga Nidra.

Nidra is an ancient practice of restorative meditation that calms the nervous system, reduces stress, improves sleep, and provides deep nourishment to body and soul. We will gather for one hour, start with some gentle movement, and then enjoy a 30-40 minute guided practice - lying down! Each week’s practice will build upon the previous week’s meditation, but you can attend for all or just one.
