Today for we learned about the draft. The “war” was cleaning the 🚽.

The kids felt the anxiety waiting to see if their birthday was picked. 😬

It was a funny teaching moment for a very serious lesson.

🍪 Last night I had the honor of working with a group of girls outs hosted by Empowered Mama Fitness

🧘‍♂️ We moved around with some fun yoga poses and learned about positive self talk.

🐵 We named and tamed our negative mind monkeys!!
