Ra started Harper Rodeo Denim and Ironhide Rodeo Starch when she was 9. Since then we have traveled the country selling jeans and chasing her rodeo dreams, all the way out to Idaho for the last six months.
She chose to leave the comfort of home and her mom and siblings to barrel race out west and live her dreams.

6 months of breakfast every Saturday (I think we’ve missed 3) at Kate’s Country Kitchen. It’s been the closest thing to NC we could latch on to, and it sure feels like home.
Also, I don’t know how Ra starts out carb loading the day like that. I’d have to go right back to bed. Oh to be young again.

Idaho sure is pretty. Even the smoke contributes to it. Really peaceful.

Most people don’t know that Ra rode bulls first and still loves it and wants to, but I had to explain to her that being busted up in the saddle wouldn’t lead to good race results. She says one day she will go back to bucking.
