Shop Local Raleigh
Shop Local Raleigh is all about promoting & supporting locally-owned, independent businesses. Thanks for supporting your local community.
Itโs about making your hard-earned money go further, fueling the local economy, & helping to preserve the unique character of Raleigh. When you shop local, more of your money stays here in our community! If we all shift just 10% of our spending from chains to independents each year, an additional $5B would be retained in our local economy!

Hillsborough St Community Art Project - a collaborative community art project that will transform 12 picnic tables into vibrant, public works of art. Working alongside a professional muralist, volunteers will help paint pre-stenciled designs onto picnic tables that will be installed for community enjoyment.
No artistic experience is necessary. The artwork has already been designed and stenciled, and participants will be guided through the painting process. This is a great opportunity for students, community groups, and individuals to contribute to a lasting public art project while gaining hands-on experience in a fun, creative, and collaborative environment.
Participants will help bring these colorful designs to life and create welcoming community spaces that can be enjoyed for years to come.
